4. Make certificates and post papers after shipment

It is OK to send the electronic bill of lading with telex seal directly by mail. You don’t need to send original papers by this. Many customers like this, the packing list and invoice are also sent by email. But if your destination port customs clearance request must be in the original, you need to tell the supplier in advance, they will post you  the original packing list, invoice with the same stamp together after sailing. There is also a fumigation certificate. This is generally required to send the original.
